All residential deliveries are Curb side only. This means to the curb at
the end of your driveway. Lift-gate truck is extra.
Please open box and thoroughly inspect your
shipment immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage, refuse
delivery and call us immediately. When you sign accepting delivery,
Caldwell-Douglass and Bath Environment are released from liability from
shipping.
We are not responsible for missing parts
after 72 hours of you receiving your merchandise.
Your factory warranty is effective from the
date of purchase.
